The incapacity to retract the skin (prepuce or foreskin) covering the penis's head (glans) is known as phimosis. Your penis might appear to have rings around the tip. Phimosis itself is not always an issue. It doesn't become an issue until it starts to show symptoms. This might occur when phimosis is severe enough to leave a pinhole-sized hole.Phimosis actually comes in two flavors: physiologic and pathologic. The physiologic kind is linked to childhood and typically goes away with adulthood. Balanitis xerotica obliterans is the disorder linked to the pathologic kind.
